Saudi Arabia Launches $100M Drama Development Fund

The Kingdom announces a major initiative to support local and regional drama production as part of Vision 2030. The fund will provide grants, training programs, and infrastructure support for emerging filmmakers and established studios.

Fund Allocation

• $40M for production grants supporting original drama series
• $25M for studio infrastructure and equipment upgrades
• $20M for talent development and training programs
• $15M for international co-production partnerships

The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's broader cultural transformation under Vision 2030, which aims to establish the Kingdom as a regional hub for entertainment and creative industries.
